watching movies, holding back tears
So since I have been home this whole weekend taking care of my mom (she has the flu) I have watched many movies…I am a cryer, but this weekend…the tears have rolled and rolled and rolled….I have watched some classics that I have never seen before and watched some that will always make my cry…here is my poor pitiful movie list….:feel free to bring klenex’s..
1. The Holiday (it wouldnt make the average person cry, but I like to)
2. Message in a Bottle (ok I have never seen this one until today…talk about turn arounds and surprizes and TEARS)
3. Facing the Giants (this is a Christian based movie dad had me watch, it is a true story based out of GA…Mark Richt makes a debut..the acting is terrible the story it good, if you can get thru the terrible southern wife…then the story is good…and you will cry)
4. Driving Miss Daisy (I have also never seen this one…that is probably a sin since I am from GA and it is filmed in GA…but you all know how I love mamaw’s and papaw’s and that last seen is enough for me to cry to death…wow)
5. Simon Birch (Kendra had this DVD and I had heard her talk about it, but I had never seen it..one day while she was out of town, I finally watched it, and needless to say I had to call her bawling (spelling) my eyes out asking her "why did you ever tell me to watch this movie…I cant breathe"…well I watched it again…def. a movie worth watching and crying too…bc if you dont cry…you dont have a heart…watch this movie at least once)
ok I think that is all I can take for right now….I am now switching to funny, teeny bopper movies, where the worst that may happen is someone not getting the cutest prom date…that is about all I can handle I think for now….
OK well here is a story for you….So I want to say thank you for all emailing me with congrats and good lucks!!!! BUT
